Deliveries to the UK Mainland
Orders including £10 or more are qualify for FREE Delivery. Your order is delivered t in two (2) to (3) three business days after all of your items are available to be dispatched, including pre-order items, will provide additional delivery updates via Email & Delivery Number ……..
Tracked Evri Next Day/ Royal Mail , Service is available for all UK orders placed before 5pm (Mon-Fri),
Alternatively, a service through FedEx is available for UK orders placed before 2:30pm. This service is £5.95, with delivery within approx. 1-2 days (excluding weekends) The corresponding delivery service will send additional delivery updates.
We deliver UK-wide but our delivery services may take a little longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Our large item delivery services are subject to driver and vehicle availability. You’ll be able to see whether Next Day Delivery is available to you once you enter your postcode on the product page.
Fees for EU customers
If your delivery address is in an EU country there are no fees for orders under €150. This also means faster shipping times!
We are aware that there are currently problems with IOSS and as a result you may be required to pay import duties upon delivery. Once you have paid the fee, please contact us via wapewape@gmail.com with your order number and your receipt of the fee payment (e.g. proof of payment issued by your postal operator).
Orders over €150 will incur an import fee upon delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to tell you how much this will be as if differs from country to country. Check with your local customs office for information on taxes in your country.
EU countries where this applies:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Fees for the rest of the world (non-EU or UK deliveries)
Orders that are delivered outside of the EU and UK will incur an import fee. Please be prepared to pay this to receive your parcel. Unfortunately we are unable to tell you how much this will be as if differs from country to country. Check with your local customs office for information on taxes in your country.
If you have placed an order and do not wish to pay the fee to receive your order, please refuse the parcel and it will get returned to us free of charge. Once the item is returned to us, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. If you have any questions please contact us and we will be on hand to assist you.

Delivery charges vary depending on what you’re ordering. You can find the available delivery services and the specific charge for each on the individual product page.
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with our Support Team who will do their best to accommodate any changes.
If you don’t receive your parcel after we send you a dispatch email, please contact us. You have 30 days after receipt of a dispatch email to contact us in event of a non-delivery. Refunds cannot be made after this time.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items, please return the product within 30 days of receipt following the return instructions below. We will gladly replace damaged merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund if we are out of stock. If you have ordered incorrectly or are not happy with your purchase, please follow the return instructions on your packing slip. On these returns, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with return shipment.
We highly recommend that the items be returned to us using a mail service which provides tracking or insurance. We do not assume liability for any damage incurred to your item(s) during its delivery back to us. Once your return has been received by us, we will exchange your item or credit you accordingly.
Please allow up to 7 weeks for your return to be processed.
