3. Enter the Order ID. If you are a guest user, you will need to enter the email address used at checkout
4. Click on the ‘Send Code‘ button
5. Check your inbox for a One-Time Passcode and enter it in the text box
6. Select the ‘Search’ button
7. Your order details will appear. Click ‘View here for more options’ to see full order information
We can provide you with a returns label for you to affix to the package and you can take the package to your nearest Post office or your local delivery partners such as DHL , DPD , Royal mail , Evri Etc…
1. Contact us to obtain a return label
2. Package the device carefully and include any accessories or bundled promotional items you received with your order (whether free or discounted)
3. Seal the package and affix the returns label
4. Take the package to your nearest DPD drop-off point
Please note: You must return goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of requesting a return. If you send us your item(s) after 14 days has passed, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
Larger items (Large Displays and Home Appliances)
e.g. TVs & Monitors over 43”, Fridges and Freezers, Dishwashers, Ovens and Hobs, Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers etc.
Larger items need to be collected, you can to arrange a collection via our courier. You will need your order ID and delivery details to hand. We will arrange for our courier to come and collect the larger item from you and pass the collection charge onto you at the following rate (“Collection Costs”):
Please securely package your item in the original packaging, along with any bundled or promotional items you received with your order (whether free or discounted).
Once we have received your returned order, we will process a refund or exchange as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale. We will email confirmation that your return has been received, and again, when it has been processed.
All returns can take up to 14 days to process. If you have not received confirmation of your return after 14 days, please A Customer Support agent will be in touch, if we require any further information to process your return.
If you choose to send the product(s) back to us via another method, you are able to do this but you must ensure that the product(s) are sent back securely and safely, and with suitable insurance cover. You will be responsible for any damage caused to the product(s) in transit and we may reduce the full amount of your refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the product(s) caused by the damage.

Tracked Evri Next Day/ Royal Mail , Service is available for all UK orders placed before 5pm (Mon-Fri), at the cost of £5.95
Alternatively, a service through FedEx is available for UK orders placed before 2:30pm. This service is £5.95, with delivery within approx. 1-2 days (excluding weekends) The corresponding delivery service will send additional delivery updates.

Delivery charges vary depending on what you’re ordering. You can find the available delivery services and the specific charge for each on the individual product page.
We deliver UK-wide but our delivery services may take a little longer if you live in remote areas like the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Our large item delivery services are subject to driver and vehicle availability. You’ll be able to see whether Next Day delivery is available to you once you enter your postcode on the product page.
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with our Support Team who will do their best to accommodate any changes.
If you don’t receive your parcel after we send you a dispatch email, please contact us. You have 30 days after receipt of a dispatch email to contact us in event of a non-delivery. Refunds cannot be made after this time.
